YOUR TASKS

Lead Talent Management processes, including talent development, succession planning, and performance management.

Extensive experience in corporate talent acquisition and recruitment.

Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices.

Strong background in Employee Experience programs and initiatives.

Ability to make data-driven decisions using HR metrics and people analytics.

Actively contributes to corporate HR projects with a practical, execution-focused, and results-driven approach.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced English required (executive level).

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with excellent negotiation capabilities, high organizational awareness, and the ability to lead across functions and levels.

Experience driving and supporting initiatives for corporate and strategic roles. Hands-on professional with the ability to directly execute and deliver projects from concept through implementation.

Proven track record in multicultural organizations and complex corporate environments.

Highly pragmatic, agile, and results-oriented professional.
