We are seeking experienced, driven individuals to join our Customer Service team at Credit Sage who are motivated to grow into retention-focused roles.
You'll be part of a dynamic fast-pace environment, supporting clients throughout their credit repair journey. This position is ideal for candidates who are customer-focused, financially motivated, and eager to develop skills in client retention, relationship management, and revenue growth.
Role Overview:
- Full-Time, 100% Remote.
- Handle high volume calls and address customer inquiries.
- Update account information with precision and attention to detail.
- Educate clients on services while reinforcing long-term value and commitment.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer care.
- Empower clients by offering guidance and solutions.
What's needed?
- High level of spoken & written fluency in English is essential.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service environment.
- You will be required to supply your own remote workstation with a stable internet connection (Ethernet).
- You must be comfortable navigating multiple software/applications simultaneously.
