We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft Developer (Software Maintenance Engineer) to provide 3rd line support and maintain software systems using MuleSoft technologies. When support and maintenance tasks are not pending, you will assist the development team with development activities. This role offers fully remote work and requires being on-call for P1 incidents, payable via bonus, with overtime payments for P1 incidents outside office hours.
Responsibilities

Provide 3rd line support and troubleshoot software issues using MuleSoft

Maintain and enhance existing software applications

Participation in customer interviews to gather requirements

Take part in project interviews to discuss solutions and deliverables

Collaborate with the team to design and implement system enhancements

Ensure code quality and perform necessary testing and debugging
-
Documentation of technical specifications and updates to relevant documentation

Stay updated with the latest MuleSoft and industry trends

Support development activities when required
Requirements

Knowledge of MuleSoft and the Anypoint Platform

Excellent English language skills (B2 level)

Previous experience in a similar 3rd line support role
