We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong expertise in Field Service Management (FSM) to join a dynamic team delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience designing, implementing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient business processes.
Field Service Management (FSM) experience is mandatory for this role.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Mandatory experience with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
- Experience with one or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
- Customer Service Management (CSM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Source-to-Pay (S2P)
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications.
- Hands-on development experience with:
- Business Rules
- Script Includes
- Fix Scripts
- Workflows
- UI Actions
- UI Policies
- Client Scripts
- Email Inbound Actions
- Experience implementing automation and integration solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Conversational English.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Design integration solutions between ServiceNow and enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, workflows, and platform customizations.
- Participate in solution architecture, technical design, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support platform enhancements, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred, especially:
- CIS-FSM
- CIS-CSM
- CIS-ITSM
- Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
