We are seeking a Chief Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java and GCP to join our organization. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services supporting payment, loyalty, promotion, and other commerce domain systems

Facilitate AI-driven checkout flows equipped with appropriate validations and safeguards

Guarantee scalability, reliability, and compliance across all systems

Work alongside cross-functional teams to shape technical solutions that support business objectives

Take part in code reviews to uphold strong standards for quality, performance, and security
-
Help shape architectural decisions that promote long-term system growth and stability
-
Identify and resolve intricate production issues promptly
-
Guide team members and support their ongoing technical growth
Requirements

At least 7 years of relevant experience
-
A minimum of 2 years of experience leading and managing teams

Solid backend development background with Java and Spring Boot

Proven production experience building Front-End components using React.JS

Familiarity with Anthropic Claude Code
-
Skilled in building REST APIs and microservices
-
Exposure to AI-assisted or agent-based workflows and backend integrations
-
Openness to learning and adapting to new tools, patterns, and technologies

Cloud experience with GCP and/or Azure
-
Availability to work with overlapping hours in US Pacific Time
-
English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
