Wand makes gaming magical. Through game customization and guidance, we build tools that helps players have more fun in their favorite games.
Our platform works across thousands of PC games, ensuring that great games are accessible to everyone, regardless of time constraints, skill level, or accessibility needs. We want to build the future of game assistance, and we're hoping you'll join us.
You'll be our dedicated Executive Assistant, supporting five executive team members. Our leaders and team are spread across time zones, which means calendars, handoffs, and follow-through are where time quietly leaks. That's the gap you'll close.
You'll own the executive team's time and keep the operating rhythm running — protecting focus, clearing conflicts before they land, and making sure nothing falls between people. Done well, this role is invisible: meetings just work, travel just happens, and the people you support spend their attention on the things only they can do.
Own and defend complex, multi-time-zone calendars for several executives
Resolve scheduling conflicts proactively and protect focus time
Keep a clear view of priorities so the right things get the right hours
Schedule and prep cross-functional meetings, agendas, docs, and follow-ups
Run recurring operating cadences: planning weeks, leadership syncs, and offsites
Triage inboxes, flag what matters, and draft clear correspondence on behalf of the team
Act as a calm, reliable point of contact across the company
Carry the occasional special project end to end
Serve as a trusted, discreet partner with access to confidential information
You anticipate. You see the conflict before it lands on the calendar and handle it before anyone notices.
You protect time like it's the scarcest resource in the company, because it is.
Discretion is second nature. People trust you with the things they don't say out loud.
You stay calm with a full inbox. Order is your default setting, not your reaction.
You close loops. If you said you'd handle it, it's handled.
We're not looking for a specific pedigree. We're looking for someone who has kept busy executives organized and knows what excellent support feels like. That usually means:
4+ years supporting senior executives, ideally several at once, in a startup or tech environment
Exceptional organization, judgment, and follow-through — you anticipate needs rather than wait for them
Excellent written and verbal English; a clear, professional, and warm communicator
Comfortable working across US time zones (core overlap with Mountain Time) and coordinating with a global team
Fluent in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and a project-management tool
Bonus: a gaming or consumer-tech background, experience coordinating with offshore teams, or light chief-of-staff and project-coordination experience
Wand is an equal opportunity employer. We believe the best games — and the best companies — are built by people with different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences.
Compensation Range: $42K - $50K
