2–3 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.

Experience working with Tier 1, Tier 2 suppliers, or OEM customers.

Experience in manufacturing, metalworking, aluminum extrusion, or industrial products is preferred
Requisitos

Identify and develop new business opportunities with Tier 1, Tier 2 suppliers and OEMs.

Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through business award.

Prepare quotations and commercial proposals in coordination with Engineering, Costing, Production, and Quality departments.

Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers.

Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and commercial meetings.

Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.

Follow up on RFQs, new programs, engineering changes, and production launches.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer information in the CRM system.

Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports for management.
Funciones
The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships within the industry. This role focuses on identifying new customers, managing the quotation process, supporting new program launches, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The position reports directly to the Commercial Manager.
