- This position reports to a Shanghai Logistics Manager
- Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position.
· It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.
- Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation- for foreign candidates
Experience minimum 4 years in automotive industry (must) as Warehouse Supervisor in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 :
- Ensure that the stocks and reliability of the materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical of the system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
- Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the FIFO system (first entries, First exits)
- Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.
- Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.
- Participates in escalation process of any potential missed shipment or timing
- Personnel management
- Responsible for general housekeeping of warehouse
- Internal & external audits
- Participates in continuous improvement of material processes and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
