Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Dialer / Inside Sales Representative to join our growing mortgage team. This role is responsible for managing outbound and inbound calls through the company's dialing system, connecting with existing borrowers and prospective clients, identifying refinancing opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales and loan origination process.

In addition to a competitive base salary, this position offers uncapped commission potential. Typically average $20,000 MXN or with top performers exceding that amount. There is no commission cap, creating significant earning potential for driven and results-oriented professionals.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Handle inbound calls promptly and professionally.
- Screen and qualify leads for alignment with available loan products.
- Follow up with clients to maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Research and verify applicant information as needed.
- Collect and input data into company systems while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in CRM and tracking systems.
- Generate regular call activity and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and mortgage industry regulations.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to promote trust and repeat business.
- Collaborate closely with Realtors and Loan Officers to provide excellent client communication and service.
Requirements
- Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mortgage industry experience required.
- Fluent English required (spoken and written).
- 1–2 years of experience in an operations or support role preferred.
- Experience working with mortgage processes and documentation.
- Some college coursework, relevant experience, and/or certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

Compensation
- Base salary: *$20,000–$25,000 MXN per month* (based on experience)
- Uncapped commission structure
- Average $20,000+ MXN per month in additional commissions, top performers exceding that
