Overview
As the Influencer Marketing Specialist will own, execute, and scale our creator partnership ecosystem across the beauty, skincare, and cosmetics landscape. This role demands a high-performing, autonomous professional with an in-house brand perspective—focusing deeply on organic content integration, product storytelling, and high-frequency campaign execution.
This role will manage high-volume, end-to-end online campaigns, translating influencer reach into measurable commercial performance (ROAS, GMV, and acquisition). Moving away from traditional agency-managed models, this in-house expert will directly shape how our brand narrative lives through digital creators.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and execute a continuous, high-volume pipeline of end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns independently. Focus on scaling the volume of active weekly and monthly online campaigns to maximize digital brand presence.
- Translate brand marketing and content marketing objectives into creator initiatives. Actively ensure that influencer partnerships focus on product-led storytelling and content value rather than purely transactional outreach.
- Write comprehensive, hyper-specific briefs for creators. These briefs must clearly articulate campaign concepts, brand "Do’s & Don'ts," visual hooks, key product benefits, and strict contractual clauses/deliverables to guarantee high-performing organic assets.
- Manage all aspects of direct influencer relations, including data-backed scouting, direct negotiation with macro/micro-influencers, contract compliance, product logistics (gifting/shipping), and performance auditing.
- Collaborate with Brand, Media, and E-commerce teams to align influencer efforts with sales, conversion, and ROI goals. Monitor campaign KPIs in real time, making immediate data-driven optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
- At least 3 to 5 years of proven experience managing influencer marketing campaigns. Must come from an in-house Brand Marketing or Content Marketing background. Experience in Beauty Care, Skincare, Cosmetics, or FMCG sectorsis a plus.
- Demonstrated history of planning, launching, and managing a large volume of simultaneous online campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Outstanding ability to structure creative and technical briefs in both Spanish and English that successfully guide creators to deliver top-tier, on-brand content.
- Advanced proficiency in native analytical tools (TikTok Insights, Instagram Insights) and Social Listening platforms to track creator performance.
- Mandatory advanced/Fluent English (as you will report and directly coordinate strategies with our international corporate headquarters).

- Prior experience working in multicultural corporate environments, particularly with Asian companies, is a highly valued plus.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high frequency of campaign launches and active partnerships.
- Sharp communication skills to build authentic, long-term direct relationships with creators and managers without relying on third-party agencies.
