This position is responsible for assisting the Billing Supervisor in effectively managing the billing department team members and serve as the client liaison working towards increased client satisfaction.

You will be responsible for
- Import and export customer/client billing documentation.
- Prepare Accounts Payable (A/R) billing and billing packages.
- Review vendor invoices for accuracy and enter Accounts Payable (A/P) information timely.
- Promptly, efficiently, and professionally respond to all internal and external queries, research and solve complex billing and vendor issues.
- Provide training and coaching to team member by managing billing team workflow delegating tasks with clear instructions to team members.
- Communicate suggestions for operational improvement and assist in implementation of approved changes.
- Escalate any problems or issues outside of Team Leader scope directly to Billing Supervisor.
- Above average written and verbal communication skills.
- Showcase your skills with Microsoft utilizing programs such as Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
- Identify potential challenges/risks and solve problems efficiently or work with Leaders for a solution.
- Foster a fast paced culture leading by example in terms of accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
- Effectively prioritize and manage the team multiple and personal tasks to meet KPI's and deadlines.
- To provide the highest level of customer service by leading and mentoring, fostering a positive and productive work environment and resolving escalated issues as needed.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Ability to manage a group of 5 to 10 employees
- Assist with performance evaluations for direct reports
- Assign tasks to team members
- Assists with training and guidance of direct reports
- Monitor work volumes of direct reports
- Supervise team members, conduct team meetings, monitor attendance, and work schedules
What we need from you
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the billing or accounting department.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Intermediate MS Office knowledge.
- Intermediate Accounting Software/ERP knowledge.
- Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at all times.
