Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead and oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance, transparency, and strategic financial planning.
Mandatory Requirements
Age: Up to 48 years old
Advanced English proficiency (required)
Currently living in Mexico City or the State of Mexico
Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, Leadership, or related field
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance (completed degree required)
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar managerial role
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and prepare financial reports for internal management and shareholders, including financial projections and forecasting.
Manage and coordinate financial and tax audits, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee accounting records and the full accounting cycle, including reporting, tax filings, and financial documentation.
Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing direction and operational oversight.
Ensure compliance with all corporate tax obligations and fiscal regulations.
Manage insurance policies, including policy procurement, accounting of premiums and claims, and recovery processes for claims or refunds due to low claims ratios.
Coordinate legal and regulatory processes to ensure transparency and compliance with fiscal and commercial authorities.
Ensure compliance with Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF) and International Accounting Standards (IAS/IFRS).
Develop, implement, and oversee budget planning and financial control processes.
Maintain professional relationships with government authorities and financial institutions.
Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: $80,000 $90,000 MXN (gross)
