Responsibilities

Build and architect scalable backend systems and services

Collaborate closely with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions

Facilitate code reviews and guide engineers to meet coding standards

Diagnose technical issues and optimize overall system performance

Oversee third-party API integrations and external service connections

Write and maintain technical documentation for new and existing features

Promote best practices throughout the software development lifecycle

Improve team processes and develop technical skills continuously
Requirements

Proven experience of at least 5 years in relevant software development

Leadership experience of 1 year managing and directing development teams

Advanced proficiency in Python for application development and ongoing maintenance

Experience with ReactJS for frontend work and backend system integration

Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud application deployment and management

Strong background in database design, management, and optimization
-
Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
-
Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
-
Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment practices
-
Knowledge of security best practices in software engineering

Experience implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies

Excellent English communication skills (B2+ Upper-Intermediate or higher), both written and spoken
