GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Leads production line teams to achieve strategic operational goals and promotes the organization's values to maintain an appropriate and productive work environment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the various phases of new product development.
Ensure rigorous execution of all processes applicable within the assigned area of responsibility.
Manage daily activity planning and ensure compliance with the production schedule.
Drive and support continuous improvement initiatives through the application of continuous improvement methodologies and techniques.
Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Participate in the implementation and compliance of the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements applicable to the position in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
Complete all assigned quality- and training-related courses and certifications within the required timeframe.
Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective action implementation.
Comply with all safety rules and regulations applicable to the position.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EDUCATION
English proficiency preferred: 50% written and spoken.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
