We are looking for a driven Junior Sales Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English and is confident speaking with business owners, generating interest, and booking qualified meetings. This role is ideal for someone persuasive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
We are Go Hire Virtual, and we connect U.S.-based businesses with skilled remote workers. We work with small to large companies that need help with tasks that do not require physical presence. By providing top-tier virtual talent, we allow business owners to focus on growth and strategy while we handle the support system behind the scenes.
Compensation:
Your compensation is based on your experience, performance, and tenure with the company. As you grow your skills and consistently deliver results, your earning potential increases:
- MX$13,000–MX$20,000 per month in the first year
- MX$17,000–MX$23,000 per month in the second year
- MX$20,000–MX$25,000 per month in the third year
Total earnings include base salary plus potential commission. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual sales performance, experience, and commission earned. The more successful appointments and sales you generate, the greater your earning potential.
Duties:
- Cold Calling: Reach out to leads generated by the Sales Team to establish initial contact.
- Lead Research: Gather accurate contact details (phone numbers, emails, etc.)
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified appointments with prospective clients for service presentations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to align strategies and meet targets.
- Continuous Training & Development: Participate in daily training, coaching, and skills development sessions to continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, communication skills, objection handling, and appointment-setting performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong Spanish and English communication
- Confident in handling objections and speaking with U.S. business owners
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable making 100-160 outbound calls daily
- Sales experience is an advantage!

- Can work in Mountain Timezone (08 AM - 05 PM)
- Must be actively seeking full-time work (no other job commitments)
