The Finished Product Analyst is responsible for monitoring finished goods inventory, analyzing operational data, and supporting inventory accuracy and product availability. This role works closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure efficient product flow and support business objectives.
This position plays an important role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting customer demand, and driving data-based decisions that improve operational efficiency and overall supply chain performance.
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels and product availability.
- Analyze inventory trends, performance metrics, and operational data.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.
- Prepare reports and maintain key inventory and supply chain KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support inventory planning and product flow.
- Support cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, or analytical roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
