Knowledge of assembly processes for TRIM, CHASSIS, FINAL and VEHICLE CERTIFICATION, Basic systems of models assembled at Saltillo Truck: DJ, D2, DD, DP, DX, DS, DT, Minimum competencies required for the functional groups of Electrical, Powertrain, ISD, Chassis, Operation of tools, conveyors, fixtures, poka yokes, machines and equipment used in the automotive assembly process, Automotive Manufacturing Standards and Federal Regulations for Automobiles, such as government and product requirements: SPW, PS, MQGRs, Corporate Surveys of the process, Knowledge of Quality and Manufacturing indicators in Internal and External KPIs such as FTQ OUT, FTQ IN, DRR (FTC), DVX, PQG, 3MIS, 1MIS, SCA, SCRAP and LINE STOPS (FIS). –, Basic problem-solving tools according to SPW methodology: REACTIVE, PREVENTIVE, PROACTIVE. –, Process Observation Specialist., SPW Domain Basics (SMQDCE) such as WO, CI, AM, TMS, TC, TPC, COST (SCRAP). LEADERSHIP KNOWLEDGE: Embraces and appreciates competition, demonstrates energy to comply, acts with integrity and respect, keeps things in their simplest and most innovative state, Reduction of units in the system (Status I) and solution to quality problems that affect the units, availability change of shift.
Requirements:
Required education level: (Professional level) Graduate; Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical Engineering, 8 years of experience in: Assembly Processes of the Automotive Industry, Language: English 80% (Spoken and Written)
