- ·Create and maintain program and project schedules
- ·Track program and project issues through resolution using an Action Item Register
- ·Coordinate OEM & Telco laboratory entry and exit activities
- ·Coordinate FOA & production site entry and exit activities
- ·Manage project and program scope, budgets and costs
- ·Oversee Project Managers assigned to the program and project execution activities
Skillset
- ·PMP Certified
- ·Strong team handling skills and able to work with cross cultural and multi-geography teams
- ·Detail oriented approach to tracking timelines and follow ups closely
- ·Able to work with Telco customers and ensure delivery with customer delight
- ·Ability to manage multi-vendor ecosystem and handle dependencies without schedule impact
- ·Strong reporting skills to customer and to management
