We are a custom software development company with over 19 years of experience delivering technology solutions for clients across the United States, Europe, and Canada.
We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join an international team. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of experience building dashboards and reporting solutions with Power BI and Tableau and is capable of working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data models for business intelligence initiatives.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries to support reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing BI reports and visualizations.
- Document reporting processes, data sources, and technical solutions.
- Follow best practices for data governance, reporting standards, and data quality.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a BI Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau.
- Solid SQL skills.
- Experience with data modeling and reporting solutions.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data visualization best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working in enterprise reporting environments.
