Responsibilities
Design robust Pega architectures that support complex case management solutions and align with enterprise standards while ensuring high maintainability and scalability
Provide end to end technical guidance for Pega application development by defining guardrails patterns and reusable components that enable consistent delivery quality
Drive solution assessments by analyzing business processes and translating them into efficient Pega case types stages data models and integration strategies that meet stakeholder expectations
Coordinate with business and technology partners to refine requirements into technical designs that reduce rework improve clarity and support future enhancements
Optimize application performance by tuning rules data access strategies and work queues to achieve responsive user experiences and stable system behavior in production
Ensure high standards of code quality through design reviews configuration validations and proactive identification of technical risks across Pega projects
Guide teams on implementing Pega security configurations access control policies and authentication models that protect sensitive data and support regulatory compliance
Plan and oversee migration and upgrade strategies for Pega applications by assessing impact dependencies and required remediation to minimize downtime and disruption
Develop integration patterns using Pega connectors and services to connect with enterprise systems ensuring reliable data exchange and simplified maintenance for operations teams
Establish monitoring and operational readiness practices by defining logging standards incident handling scenarios and non functional validation approaches for Pega applications
Collaborate with user experience and business teams to refine case flows user journeys and screen designs that enhance usability and promote adoption across business functions
Document solution architectures design decisions and configuration standards in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge sharing and long term sustainability
