This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (up to 2 Years of Experience) who are passionate about technology, problem solving, and system architecture. As a Recovery Architect, you will work alongside highly experienced technical specialists, supporting customers across Mexico and the Caribbean in designing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and restoring complex end-to-end solutions.

What you will do:
As a Recovery Architect, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and recovery of complex technical environments by:

Supporting the design and development of customer solutions based on business and technical requirements, with a focus on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs and CNFs.

Analyzing and troubleshooting complex, multi-domain issues affecting customer networks and services, identifying dependencies and interactions across systems.

Collaborating with customers, delivery organizations, support teams, and technical experts to gather, clarify, and document requirements and recovery strategies.

Leveraging existing technical documentation, reference architectures, and industry best practices to develop efficient and scalable solutions.

Contributing to the definition of hardware, software, database, and virtual infrastructure requirements for customer deployments.

Supporting solution adaptations and configurations in accordance with Ericsson standards, methodologies, and product guidelines.

Assisting implementation, testing, system integration, and service recovery activities to ensure solution availability and operational excellence.

Developing expertise in end-to-end network architectures, telecommunications systems, and emerging cloud-native technologies.
