About the role
As an EHS Analyst (Temporary – 1 Year), you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace. You will support plant operations by identifying risks, implementing preventive measures, and strengthening EHS culture through training, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
As an EHS Analyst (Temporary – 1 Year), you’ll be responsible for:
Analyzing, preventing, and controlling Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks associated with plant operations
Ensuring compliance with Mexican regulations and corporate EHS requirements
Delivering and coordinating EHS training programs (inductions, critical topics, campaigns, and refreshers)
Implementing and monitoring the Industrial Hygiene program (hazard identification, controls, PPE, and monitoring)
Conducting safety and environmental inspections, reporting findings, and ensuring timely closure of corrective actions
Promoting a strong safety culture through communication, campaigns, and on-floor leadership
Identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities through Management of Change (MOC) processes
Requirements
We are looking for people who are proactive, organized, prevention-oriented, and results-driven, with strong communication and shop-floor leadership presence. If this is you, get in touch.
As a minimum you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Safety, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
Knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations
Experience in Industrial Hygiene and monitoring (agents, PPE, air quality, etc.)
Experience delivering training and managing documentation
Strong communication, teamwork, and follow-up skills
Conversational English
Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
Experience in EHS audits or compliance processes
Participation in safety culture or continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge of risk assessment tools
