Location Security, Supervisor
Coordinate all security related activities for the assigned office. Assist and act on behalf of Regional SecuritySupervisor when required.
Responsabilities
- Lead Security Teams and their activities at the different Plants toensure compliance with PKC-NA’sSecurity Policies and Procedures.
- Ensure Security Team is in full compliance with all Motherson and PKC-NA policies.
- Work with Training department to create, update and share accurate, required and relevant trainingprograms for staff and the different employee levels as per requirements and protocol.
- Oversee and prepare management reports as required, ensure accuracy and timeliness of all staff reportsand communications, and disseminate according to established guidelines.
- Oversee location’s video surveillance team and systems to ensure proper utilization and evidence gatheringis achieved.
- Lead, manage and oversee facility’s participation in the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program.
- Ensures full compliance with CTPAT program requirements and submit periodic reports and documentation(in English).
- Oversees however also may conduct and/or coordinate investigations of reported or alleged securitybreaches; develop facts and evidence; recover lost assets where possible; and support prosecution and/or administrative proceedings as appropriate.
- Works closely with Human Resources, EHS, and Operations counterparts.Actively participate ininterdepartmental activities, initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with and enforcement of PKC Group’s Code of Ethical Conduct.
- Communicate policies to Security Supervisors and Officers under direct command and ensure effectiveimplementation and enforcement.
- Develops, fosters and maintain effective professional relationships with federal, state and local lawenforcement and appropriate governmental agencies at assigned location.
- Collaborates and works closely with Regional Security Leaders.
- Works closely with North America Security Manager for regional assignments and responsibilities at the different locations across US and Mexico.
- Maintains North America Security manager appraised of all relevant security events impacting operationsand or the different facilities
- Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environment, Health and Safety Policy and Energy Policy.
- Comply with the environmental, health, safety and energy requirements set forth in Federal, State and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products to comply with the EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures inherent to their work position.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, including the achievement of the EMASS Objectives and Goals.

Profile required
Education or experience
- High School Diploma Required
- College or Technical Training in Industrial Security Required
- Minimum 10 years Employment Security Area Required
- Minimum 5 years in Management and Leadership Capacity
- Security experience and training in Manufacturing Desired
- High level of Knowledge of CTPAT Program and its requirements Required
- Strong leadership and administration of people
Skill/ knowledge requirements
- Strong communication skills (written / speaking )in both, English and Spanish

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and applications
