As Engineering & Maintenance Manager, you will lead the safe and efficient operation of our Monterrey chemical blending site while accelerating performance and capability growth. You will oversee day-to-day operations and critical capital investment projects, championing continuous improvement and driving measurable gains in reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
Partnering closely with key stakeholders, you will build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of nine colleagues—strengthening technical expertise, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and developing future leaders—ultimately delivering sustained operational excellence and long-term site growth.

What will You Do?
- Lead and oversee the Engineering & Maintenance function for the site
- Manage and develop a team of 9 colleagues (engineering, facilities, and technicians)
- Drive a preventive maintenance culture to ensure equipment reliability
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to Maintenance and Facilities
- Manage external vendors, including site security and service providers
- Participate in investment planning and CapEx strategy
- Lead capital projects end-to-end (budget, timeline, execution)
- Monitor and optimize departmental costs and KPI’s
- Champion a strong safety culture and safe working environment
What Are We Looking For?
Education: Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role leading a team and ideally in the manufacturing sector within a multinational company.
