We're seeking a skilled Media Buyer to own and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms.
Your Role: As our Paid Media Buyer, you will develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns. You’ll work alongside our CMO and a strategic marketing team to create campaigns that convert leads into customers and drive measurable ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize, set up, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Conduct creative and keyword research tailored to medspa services and product niches.
- Design A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize in real-time, and report insights weekly.
- Set up tracking, retargeting, and conversion pixels.
- Coordinate with designers and editors to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to brand and compliance standards.
- Edit videos to improve performance and make content suitable for campaigns.
- Contribute to broader marketing strategy discussions during Sprints and Planning sessions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google and Meta ads (preferably in agency or medspa/product industries).Demonstrated success scaling campaigns with ROAS goals.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Understanding of creative strategy, ad angles, and consumer psychology.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in CRO and landing page optimization.
- Understanding of the customer journey and nurture campaigns.
- Background in medspa, cosmetic, or health-related consumer brands.

Pay: $12,621.80 - $17,670.52 per month
