Overview:
Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis required by customers, as well as oversee WWS's quality department to ensure compliance with established standards.
Job Description:
- Resolution of quality-related problems.

Manage the WOW system.

Generate quality alerts in the event of any incident.

Attend weekly and monthly meetings with clients.

Make weekly report to present to the client.

Follow-up to audit findings.

Damage monitoring.

Monthly report for damage collection (when applicable).

Provision for damages (where applicable).

Settlement of damages with customer and carriers.

Preparation and performance of audits.

Support all areas.

KPI management

Coordinate the documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.

Communicate the results of quality inspections to the supervisor and propose actions to improve performance.

Foster a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting responsibility and commitment to excellence.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the quality and efficiency of processes.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team of quality inspectors.

Update and validate work instructions.

Resolve quality-related conflicts in an effective and timely manner.
Job Requirements:
Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management or end. Desirable graduate.
Knowledge: Basic management of the office package, personnel management, ISO 9001 (essential), AIAG/IATF, FMEA, MSA, CP, SAP, KPI, standard and automatic vehicle management (valid license)
Experience: 2 years minimum in management of quality systems/coordination and/or logistics planning, customer service and personnel in charge.
Language: Intermediate English.
