At Intugo, we partner with an international company specializing in accounting and financial outsourcing services for CPA firms and U.S.-based clients. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Senior Associate Bookkeeper with experience supporting U.S. accounting operations and a strong understanding of financial processes under U.S. GAAP standards.
This role focuses on maintaining accurate financial records, performing reconciliations, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
Key Responsabilities:
- Maintain and manage general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
- Communicate with internal teams and U.S.-based CPA firms regarding financial data.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards and accounting procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting U.S. clients or CPA firms.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. accounting principles (GAAP).
- Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Intermediate-Advanced to Advanced English proficiency.
