Direct Material Purchasing Buyer
The position is responsible for leading the sourcing strategy, supplier management, and operational support for the harness segment across all plants and product lines. It ensures supply continuity, commercial competitiveness, quality performance, and the development of the regional footprint.
- Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for the segment.
- Ensure supply continuity, cost competitiveness, and quality performance.
- Support footprint development and cross‑functional program execution.
- Manage supplier performance, negotiations, and commercial alignment.
- Coordinate with plants, engineering, quality, and SCM for program needs.
- Drive sourcing decisions, mitigation actions, and VEVA pipeline development.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Advanced English skills
- Previous experience in Purchasing, Standard Components, Raw Material Trends, Engineering, Quality, Negotiation
