As a Procurement Execution Analyst LATAM, you will support procurement execution activities across LATAM plants by processing purchasing transactions, maintaining procurement master data, managing supplier communications, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and service level expectations. This role partners closely with Procurement, Accounts Payable, and plant stakeholders to deliver operational excellence and drive process improvements.
This role reports to the Procurement Operations Manager and works closely with procurement teams, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders across the LATAM region.
What will you do:
- Process Purchase Orders for MRP-generated and non-MRP generated requisitions, including services, CapEx, packaging, and chemicals, while meeting established KPI and SLA targets.

Create, maintain, and update Purchasing Information Records, Source Lists, and other procurement master data within SAP and related systems.

Manage supplier communications for assigned purchase orders, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining accurate vendor information.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls across purchasing activities.

Partner with Procurement Operations, plant stakeholders, and suppliers to resolve issues and risks related to purchase requisitions, purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor communications.

Collaborate with Accounts Payable to investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related concerns.

Work closely with procurement colleagues to share best practices, support continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and contribute to team projects.
What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.

3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.

Advanced Portuguese language skills (written and spoken); Spanish and/or English proficiency preferred.

Hands-on SAP experience required; experience with SAP Ariba is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
