Shresht Composites S.A. de C.V. is an advanced composites manufacturing company producing GRP/FRP rods for the global fiber optic cable industry. We supply Tier-1 customers including Corning, CommScope, and Prysmian from our Reynosa, Tamaulipas facility.
We are hiring a full-time Accountant to own the day-to-day financial operations of our Mexico entity, working closely with our Group CFO and Operations head based at the plant.
What you'll own:
- Full-cycle bookkeeping in Odoo ERP
- CFDI invoicing and digital stamp compliance (timbrado)
- Monthly SAT filings — IVA, ISR declarations
- IMSS and Infonavit payroll compliance
- Weekly bank reconciliations
- AP/AR management and vendor payment follow-ups
- IVA refund tracking and SAT correspondence
- Monthly financial reports for group consolidation
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Contaduría Pública or equivalent
- 3–5 years in a manufacturing, maquiladora, or industrial company
- Strong working knowledge of SAT regulations, CFDI 4.0, IMSS
- ERP experience (Odoo preferred; SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar accepted)
- Advanced Excel
- Basic English sufficient for email communication with group HQ
- Based in or willing to relocate to Reynosa, Tamaulipas
