What You’ll Improve
- Build and refine Excel-based models and reconciliations
- Identify breakdowns in processes and fix them
- Reduce manual work through improved structure, logic and tools
- Drive close efficiency and accuracy

- Deep understanding of GL structure, Financial statements, Close mechanics, Cost Accounting, Aggregating data and unit economics
- 4-6 years experience with proven track record
- College degree in Accounting
Mindset

- Not satisfied with “it works”—you want to understand and improve
- Willing to roll up sleeves and fix messy processes
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, imperfect environment
- Takes ownership and gets things done
