Could you be the HR Administration Analyst in Queretaro, QRO we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your analytical expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative teammates. You'll streamline and enhance our data management systems to support our organizational goals. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as recruitment, payroll, and local HR), ensuring accurate HR data entry, data privacy, customer satisfaction, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring compliance with data protection laws and regulations
Supporting HR operational processes through timely and precise resolution of routine tasks focusing on responsiveness, data accurayc, and consistent delivery
Identifying and resolving data discrepancies
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives within the HR department
Build strong foundations in HR Operations and Customer Service.
