SOLICITA: RECLUTADOR
FUNCIONES:
- PUBLICACION DE VACANTES
- RECLUTAMIENTO MASIVO
- RECLUTAMIENTO EN CAMPO
- Buscar candidatos mediante bolsas de trabajo, redes sociales, ferias de empleo y recomendaciones.
- Revisar currículums y filtrar a los candidatos que cumplan con el perfil.
- Realizar entrevistas telefónicas, virtuales o presenciales.
- Verificar referencias laborales y, en algunos casos, antecedentes.
- Coordinar entrevistas con los responsables del área solicitante.
- Dar seguimiento a los candidatos durante todo el proceso de selección.
OFRECEMOS:
SALARIO QUINCENAL Y LIBRE
SUELDO: $10,000 MENSUALES LIBRES + BONOS POR CONTRATACIÓN
REQUISITOS:
- EDAD: 25-35
- ESCOLARIDAD: PREPARATORIA CONCLUIDA
- EXPERIENCIA MINIMA DE 6 MESES RECLUTANDO GUARDIAS DE SEGURIDAD PRIVADA
- DISPONIBILIDAD DE TIEMPO
- EXPERIENCIA EN RECLUTAMIENTO EN CAMPO
HORARIOS DE TRABAJO:
LUNES A VIERNES DE 8 AM A 6 PM
