Position Overview
We are hiring a Bilingual Sales Representative to connect with customers, explain our services, qualify opportunities, follow up with leads, and help drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate must be confident on the phone, comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers, and able to build trust quickly through clear communication and professionalism.
This role is best suited for someone who is hungry, coachable, competitive, and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone, text, email, or CRM-based outreach.
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
- Build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
- Explain company services clearly and confidently.
- Qualify leads and identify real sales opportunities.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until the next step is completed.
- Maintain accurate notes, call outcomes, and customer information in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity goals.
- Work closely with managers, sales teams, and operations teams.
- Handle objections professionally and move customers toward a decision.
- Maintain a high level of discipline, urgency, and accountability.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills.
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
- Previous sales, customer service, appointment setting, or call center experience preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use CRM systems, dialers, email, and basic computer tools.
- Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and coachable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, solar, home services, real estate, insurance, telecommunications, or BPO sales.
- Experience working with U.S. clients or U.S.-based companies.
- Clear and professional English communication.
- Ability to handle objections and close next steps.
- Strong desire to grow into a senior sales, team lead, or management role.
