RUI is looking for experienced professionals in customer retention to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who excel at handling objections, reducing cancellations, and building customer loyalty in a fast-paced contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound retention calls and prevent customer cancellations
- Apply negotiation and objection-handling techniques
- Meet and exceed retention KPIs and performance metrics
- Document interactions using CRM systems
Requirements
- 1+ year of call center experience Mandatory (Retention or Collections)
- Advanced English (B2+/C1) with strong communication skills
- Proven customer retention and negotiation abilities
- Ability to multitask and use CRM tools efficiently
- Full-time availability
- Stable work history
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $19,000 – $21,000 MXN per month
