Role Overview:
Bingo Loco is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join the team. This role is crucial in driving online marketing efforts, focusing on managing Meta Ads campaigns and optimizing for maximum ROI. Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid advertising is prioritized. Experience with TikTok Ads and event marketing is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram);
- Optimize ad performance to achieve key business objectives such as conversions, traffic, and brand awareness;
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness;
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI;
- Manage TikTok Ads campaigns, if applicable, to diversify advertising strategies;
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads with broader marketing goals;
- Monitor trends and emerging platforms to ensure Bingo Loco stays ahead in the digital advertising space;
- Provide detailed reporting on ad spend, performance metrics, and campaign results.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads;
- Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and driving results;
- Event marketing experience not necessary but a bonus;
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager;
- Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Pay: $54,000.00 per month
