Responsibilities:

Provide first-level remote technical support to customers.

Provide remote and/or on-site technical support to service technicians.

Diagnose hardware, software, and operational issues in dehumidification equipment.

Act as the main point of contact for technical clarifications between the factory and local operations.

Process and manage equipment warranty claims.
-
Validate and implement control updates on equipment with direct factory support.
-
Prepare service documentation and reports.
-
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during on-site operations.
-
Perform service and corrective actions on equipment when required.

Education Level / Certifications:

Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Knowledge of automation and instrumentation.

Experience working with HVAC systems.

Experience with BMS systems and communication protocols.

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.

Advanced English proficiency
