We are seeking an experienced FM Procurement Manager to support a major Facilities Management transition project across LATAM and selected international regions. This role will play a critical part in preparing operations, suppliers, stakeholders, and procurement processes for a large-scale go-live initiative.

Contract Overview
- Initial 2-month part-time contract
- Possibility of transitioning into a long-term full-time engagement (up to 5 years) based on project needs and performance

- Collaboration with international stakeholders and regional teams across LATAM and other markets
Key ResponsibilitiesTransition & Mobilization Planning
- Develop and maintain regional mobilization and readiness plans.
- Support country-level transition activities and implementation efforts.
- Coordinate project readiness activities leading up to go-live milestones.
- Contribute to the development of regional action plans and operational roadmaps.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Support supplier and service baselining activities across multiple sites and countries.
- Assist in developing sourcing strategies for Facilities Management services.
- Analyze supplier, service, and operational data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure transition readiness.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with procurement, operations, finance, transition teams, and leadership stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder mapping and engagement planning activities.
- Facilitate communication between regional and country-level teams.
- Track project dependencies and coordinate action items across multiple workstreams.
Risk Management & Reporting
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and decision points.
- Prepare weekly status reports and transition updates.
- Support go-live readiness assessments and reporting activities.
- Develop KPIs and operational prioritization frameworks.
Requirements/Must Have
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in:
- Facilities Management Procurement
- Supplier Management
- Transition or Mobilization Projects
- Outsourcing or Account Start-Up Initiatives
- Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong experience working with supplier, operational, site, and service-related data.
- Advanced stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and Excel capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage deliverables against project milestones.
- Comfortable working remotely with international teams and stakeholders.
