In this role, you won't just be filling seats—you will be managing client relationships, overseeing dynamic candidate pipelines, and ensuring a flawless recruitment process during US business hours. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Client Partnership: Act as the primary point of contact for North American clients, confidently managing relationships and intake alignment.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee and move candidates efficiently through various stages of the hiring funnel.
- Complex Scheduling: Coordinate heavy calendar logistics across multiple time zones for interviews and client meetings.
- Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments to ensure top-tier quality.
- Logistics & Admin: Maintain accurate documentation of job orders and recruitment metrics without letting anything slip through the cracks.
What You Bring (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–2+ years of recent, dedicated experience as a Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Coordinator or in a hands-on HR role.
- Language Skills: Flawless, near-native English (written and verbal). You must be entirely comfortable communicating with US-based business leaders.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple job orders simultaneously, and a strong background in interview coordination.
- Work Ethic: Highly disciplined and self-motivated. We trust our team and do not micromanage—you must own your desk.
Technical & Workspace Requirements
Because this is a fully remote role interacting with live clients, you must have:
- A quiet, private workspace free from background noise and distractions.
- Reliable, high-speed internet (Minimum 50 Mbps download/upload).
- A dependable power backup solution (UPS or generator) to ensure zero downtime during local power outages.
