Challenges:
* Ensure the process complies with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and FSSC 22000.
* Develop safety and environmental training programs.
* Coordinate the Safety Committee
* Conduct accidents investigations to establish corrective and preventive measures to avoid their recurrence.
* Verify that areas are always maintained in safe conditions, and if any defects are detected, report them to the maintenance department.
* Manage hazardous activities performed on-site.
* Ensure process generates and provides the expected outputs.
Who are we looking for? (Requirements)
* Education: Architect, Civil Engineer, Topographical Engineer, or related career.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar supervisory or coordination positions.
* Technical Knowledge: Safety standards (ISO 9001 and 14000, applicable NOMs) and risk analysis.
* Soft Skills: Leadership, effective communication, negotiation skills, and excellent conflict management.
