Short-Form Video Editor (Med Spa)
We're a high-end U.S. medical spa building a short-form content machine. We're looking for an editor who's genuinely obsessed with retention: the hook, the pacing, the watch-time curve.
If you can make someone watch to the very last frame, keep reading, we are looking for someone long-term.
What you'll edit: scroll-stopping reels, jaw-dropping transformations, real patient testimonials, snappy educational pieces, and day-in-the-life content that makes our brand impossible to ignore.
You're perfect for this if you:
-Live and breathe short-form and can prove strong hooks + retention (portfolio required)
-Know your way around motion graphics — clean animated text, smooth transitions
-Are fluent in English, written and spoken
-Can work Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday with hours overlapping U.S. Central Time
-Stay glued to the latest trends and editing techniques
Bonus: experience in med spa, aesthetics, or beauty content (huge plus)
The compensation and expectations:
20 hours a week of work with the potential to go full-time.
$400/month base + up to $100 performance bonus = up to $500/month
Ongoing, reliable, long-term work — grow with us as we scale
This isn't "cut the clips together" work. We want an artist who understands why a video holds attention and engineers it on purpose, every single time.
