This facility will offer 1,200 local new jobs and will be the first health manufacturing facility in Querétaro (pioneers for healthcare Hub).

The Opportunity
Responsible for subcomponent of a project and/or assists Project Manager. Confirms completion of activities with cross-functional team, coordinates among team members. Follows quality and regulatory requirements.
Tracks the development and implementation process of site products and services involving the site cross-functional teams focused on the transfer and manufacturing of products. This position is for a professional that will be exercising technical knowledge and application of concepts, practices, and procedures. Must have expertise using program management tools. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations. Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors, record actions and track results systematically. Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Has technical knowledge that will allow her/him to look for alternatives and understand their impact on the systems environment.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor´s degree, Engineering, science, technical areas. Bachelor's degree

Advanced English (mandatory)

+5 years, preferred in medical devices industry.
- +3 years of experience in areas such as: engineering and operations; and 1 year in project management.

Other qualifications/certifications: Operational excellence/ lean concepts such as line balance, constraint theory, process flow map, continuous improvement tools (DMAIC, fishbone diagram, 5 Whys, etc.) Knowledge of standard regulations applicable to medical industry (ISO, FDA, etc.)., GMPs

Very detailed oriented with knowledge in validation and manufacturing lines.
- Possesses communication skills that will allow to interact, negotiate and reconcile differences with a cross functional team. Works well with others in a collaborative, fast-paced goal-driven environment.
