About our client:
A company with three decades of expertise serving the San Diego, Carlsbad, and Chula Vista areas. They are industry leaders in professional certifications and designations and have helped hundreds of local associations achieve their vision.
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to provide support in the following activities:

Answer inbound calls for New Business and the Sales Team.
- Enter details into Salesforce and assign to sales directors.
- Build out call lists and reports in Salesforce.
- Maintain and update Microsoft Word documents, Excel worksheets, and PowerPoint slide decks.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Team and the Sales Team.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday

Regular schedule: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mexico City time
- During daylight saving: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mexico City time.
This position is remote, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by yourself).

After the first 3 months, we add the following:

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

Around 3 years of experience in a high-volume phone support position.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Experience handling US customers.
- Bachelor's Degree.
