Distribute, coordinate, assign, supervise and control the activities that take place in the production area in order to comply with the established programs. Manage the work material and the people in charge, enforcing the regulations, policies and internal procedures and the established Quality System.

Comply with the established production program, following up on the quality system policies.
- Enforce work instructions in accordance with product quality specifications.
- Prepare daily required production reports.
- Show commitment, directing and supporting the people in charge to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Promote and communicate the results and/or effectiveness of their processes, as well as the actions and/or reaction plan when they apply.
- Comply with the quality objectives of the position and the strategic objectives of the company.
- Comply with the guidelines of the quality system.
- You must keep the company's own tools and equipment in good condition, clean and safe to work with.
- Carry out their work with quality, complying with the required standards,
- Participation in continuous improvement projects of the company.
- Follow up on the corrective actions of the quality system as appropriate.
- Comply with the relevant roles that management assigns in the manner in which it applies. (for example; Brigades, Auditors, Sponsors, ESD audits)
- Give timely follow-up to the closing of work orders.
- Check that the operators in charge use the ESD equipment.
- Be aware of the E1 system to consult work orders, transfers, movements, etc.
- Understanding of acceptance criteria (IPC).
- Responsible for the raw material assigned for the plan production, according to Production orders, management of shortages, discrepancies and inventories of raw materials.
Education: Electronics Engineering or related field.
Experience: people management for at least 3 years, experience 3 years at least working at Electronic Industry.
Lenguages: english intermediate
Skills: Teamwork, verbal and written communication, leadership, conflict management.
