We’re looking for a self-driven System Administrator who can take ownership of our technology environment and help the organization modernize, automate, and operate efficiently.
This role goes beyond routine IT support — it’s about removing friction, simplifying workflows, and enabling teams to adopt modern tools and practices with confidence.
You’ll be the go-to person who connects the dots between people, systems, and policies, ensuring our technology foundation runs smoothly while continuously improving how we work.
Key Responsibilities
- Modern Workplace Enablement
- Lead the setup, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments to support a secure, productive, and cloud-ready organization.
- Autonomous Problem Solving
Proactively identify issues, research solutions, and execute improvements with minimal direction. Escalate intelligently and follow through until resolution.
Create and maintain Power Automate flows or similar tools to eliminate repetitive tasks and streamline internal processes.Implement and enforce basic IT and security policies (MFA, access management, device compliance) to support scalable and compliant growth.Provide hands-on help with account management, permissions, and user access — ensuring a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience.Maintain clear records of configurations, processes, and best practices. Create internal guides to help others self-serve confidently.What You Bring

- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Power Automate, and Azure Active Directory (or strong desire to learn).
- A self-starter mindset — you can figure things out, research independently, and make sound decisions.
- A habit of escalating, following up, and pushing for clarity when something’s stuck.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working remotely and managing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
Bonus Skills
- Microsoft Certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, or PL-900).
- Experience with SharePoint administration or Power Platform governance.
- Background in IT modernization, automation, or process optimization.
