As our U.S. Mortgage Client Relations & Partner Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout the mortgage process while also nurturing relationships with our referral partners. You’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact that ensures everyone; borrowers, real estate agents, and internal team members feels supported, informed, and valued. This role blends customer service, communication, organization, and relationship management into one highly impactful position.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan process, managing documentation, maintaining ongoing communication, and strengthening partnerships with real estate professionals who refer business to us. Your work ensures a smooth experience for all parties and directly contributes to the success and growth of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan process
- Assist loan officers with daily tasks, documentation, and pipeline management
- Communicate with clients, referral partners, and internal team members to gather information and provide updates
- Work closely with the marketing department on client outreach initiatives, campaigns, and follow-up communication
- Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM system.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, preparing loan files, and organizing documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending regulations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in mortgage, lending, real estate, financial services, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (mortgage or real estate experience is a plus).
