What You'll Be Doing
// Manage social media accounts for multiple client brands
// Create engaging graphics, carousels, and short-form video content
// Write captions that align with each client's unique voice and goals
// Identify trends and transform them into strategic content opportunities
// Coordinate with content creators and influencers
// Organize and manage content calendars
// Analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
// Communicate directly with clients and maintain strong relationships
// Collaborate with our team to execute creative campaigns

Skills & Experience
- Experience with Canva
- Experience editing short-form video content in CapCut
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Excellent written communication skills
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Bonus Points
- Experience with Metricool
- Experience managing influencer or creator partnerships
- Experience with email marketing
- Previous agency experience
- Photography, videography, or graphic design experience

- Confidently manage multiple client accounts

Compensation
Compensation is structured per client account managed, with opportunities to increase earnings as responsibilities and client load grow.
This role offers a clear path toward expanded responsibilities and long-term growth within Soleil Studio.
