Escolaridad:
Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Objetivo General:
Ensure reliability processes are executed according to test request requirements and work instructions.
Conocimientos, experiencia, habilidades:

Basic knowledge of power tool construction, assembly, and functionality.

Microsoft Office intermediate level.

1-3 years of experiencie in Quality, Reliability, Manufacturing, Test Lab or related field.

Intermediate English level.

Basic/Intermediate knowledge of GD&T.

Quality audit experience desirable, minimum 6 months.

Basic problem - solving knowledge: 8D, A3, 5 Whys.
Actividades a realizar:

Maintain 6s in the Reliability workshop, including scrap procedure follow up.

Perform daily process audits using Fast Response format and support weekly reporting.

Lead tear-down process for failed tools.
-
Create quality alerts for failed tests and critical TPA incidents.
-
Prepare daily end-of-shift reports with clear and understandable information.
