We are searching for a Lead Instructional Designer to become part of our team.
Our Workforce Experience team supports clients in achieving digital and IT transformation by uncovering and closing gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset. We shape, build, and roll out a broad mix of solutions for online and in-person learning, spanning videos, articles, podcasts, interactive eLearning, coaching, experiential learning, instructor-led training, and assessments, drawing on the latest findings from the learning sciences. Simply put, we move beyond "training" to design learning experiences that genuinely deliver results.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to pinpoint learning and enablement needs of intended audiences

Set learning objectives that reflect learner characteristics and program requirements

Evaluate, upgrade, or create content that directly supports learning objectives and chosen delivery formats

Design captivating learning activities that strengthen and elevate the learning journey

Prepare storyboards and partner with multimedia developers to translate ideas into engaging instructional assets

Envision instructional graphics, user interfaces, and complete product experiences

Develop assessment approaches to gauge the effectiveness of individual elements, modules, or entire courses
-
Keep project documentation and course folders neatly organized throughout the delivery cycle

Interact regularly with SMEs and teammates in a refined and professional manner

Bring adult learning principles and instructional design best practices into every activity

Cultivate strong connections with internal teams to make effective use of available tools and resources
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field
-
No less than 5 years of hands-on professional experience in instructional design
-
At least 1 year of experience in people management or team leadership, guiding a team of 5 or more FTEs

Practical experience with authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate Storyline and RISE, or Evolve to build advanced adaptive learning content

Familiarity with instructional design frameworks including ADDIE, SAM, backward design, e-learning blueprint, design thinking, and interactive learning experiences

Solid grasp of adult learning theory together with multimedia design principles

Sharp eye for visual design and layout composition

Comfort operating in a fast-moving work environment

Strong English communication skills at B2 level or higher, both written and verbal, paired with attentive listening and clear articulation

Passion, drive, an optimistic outlook, and a "can-do" attitude when facing challenges

Capability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize wisely, work autonomously, and meet firm deadlines

Proven history of being dependable, responsive, and client-oriented across engagements

Ability to establish rapport and inspire trust and confidence with both clients and colleagues

Adaptable mindset and agile approach to deliverables, with the ability to tailor style for different stakeholder audiences

Resilience and the capacity to perform under time pressure while managing workload and priorities
