We are seeking a Senior Security Operations Analyst to lead conversations and decisions around security controls and day-to-day operational security for our client. Responsibilities

Lead discussions and decisions on security controls and operational security activities

Support senior management to maintain a safe and secure enterprise technical operation

Design security measures and direct implementation to protect information, systems, and networks
-
Identify security risks and vulnerabilities across enterprise systems and environments
-
Review and validate documentation for standard security operations procedures and protocols
-
Coordinate with managed services providers to implement, configure, and adjust security infrastructure devices
-
Develop technical solutions and security tools to mitigate vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
-
Ensure the company is informed quickly and appropriately about potential security incidents
-
Collaborate with business units to understand plans, risk posture, and shared security responsibilities
Requirements
-
Bachelor's degree in information assurance, cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field

3+ years of cybersecurity or information technology practitioner experience
-
Consultancy experience advising stakeholders on security controls and operational activities

Leadership skills to guide security conversations and drive alignment across teams

Project coordination skills to work with managed services providers on security changes

Hands-on knowledge of endpoint security, firewalls, and IPS/IDS technologies
-
Strong knowledge of vulnerability and patch management technologies

Working knowledge of web security gateways, PKI, and certificate management
-
Practical knowledge of CASB and posture management concepts
-
Familiarity with ISO 27001 and the NIST Framework

Cloud security knowledge, including policies and hardening approaches
-
Strong communication skills to engage business units on risk posture and tolerance
-
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
